FunWager offers a platform for in-person social fun wagers, explicitly designed for entertainment purposes only and does not support or facilitate online gambling activities.

The application enables multiple Players to participate in customized events created by a Host, comprising two markets. Players are not required to register with personal information such as email; instead, they may participate using a unique alias. Once a Host initiates and updates an event, all Participants can view a real-time leaderboard. Winners are determined automatically based on the closest prediction to the actual outcomes of the two markets. Multiple Players can be declared winners within a single event.

It is important to note that FunWager does not involve any financial transactions, nor does it provide live data feeds such as event schedules, odds, scores, or results. Its primary purpose remains purely for entertainment.

A Host functions as the creator and administrator of a customizable fun event, responsible for starting, updating, and concluding the event. Each Host has a public name and a login secured by an email address and password. An eight-character unique code (e.g., FUNW-AGER) is generated automatically and linked to the Host for identification purposes. All modifications to events are updated in real-time on the leaderboard, accessible to all Participants.

Participants act as Players who place wagers on events hosted by a specific Host. Players remain anonymous and create a unique alias for each Host/Venue; no email or password registration is necessary. The Player's identity is linked solely to the device used to generate the alias, which is non-transferable unless the Player also assumes the role of a Host via a registered email account.

The typical workflow involves:

• The Host creating and publishing a customized fun event with two markets.
• Players browsing available events.
• Players submitting their predictions by filling out wager slips with forecasts for both markets.
• Players placing their wagers; subsequently, a QR code is generated.
• The Host scanning this QR code to confirm the wager.
• The Host setting the event status to 'Live.'
• The Host manually updating market outcomes as they occur.
• The leaderboard reflecting updates in real-time.
• Concluding the event by ending it and automatically determining winners based on predictions.
• The leaderboard displaying winners prominently, with gold trophies assigned to victorious Players.
• Winning Players presenting their winning QR codes to claim rewards.
• The Host scanning these QR codes to acknowledge rewards distribution.
